Privacy Policy

Overview

Image Studio is an AI-powered visual creation agent that runs on Rush, the macOS agent platform. Your uploads (selfies, product photos, brand assets) and generated images are processed on-demand for your requests.

What We Access

Image Studio only processes assets you provide:

• Selfies or product photos you upload to generate outputs
• Logos, colors, and fonts saved to your brand kit
• Prompts or style instructions you provide for generations

No background processing. Generations only happen when you explicitly request an image.

Data Storage

• No images stored on our servers. Uploads and outputs are processed in-session and not persisted beyond fulfilling your request.
• Session history and generated images are stored locally on your Mac in ~/.rush/sessions/.
• You can delete session data at any time through the Rush app or by removing files directly.

Third-Party Services

Image Studio may use the following services to fulfill generations:

• Model providers - AI processing for creating images and applying edits. Your prompts are subject to the provider's privacy policy. Providers do not use API inputs for training.Privacy policy.
• Analytics - basic product analytics to improve performance (no image contents are logged).

What We Don't Do

• We do not train AI models on your uploads
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not store copies of your images on our servers
• We do not track what prompts or styles you generate

Your Control

• Delete session history from the Rush app
• Remove files from ~/.rush/sessions/
• Request deletion of any data by contacting us

Security

All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. Uploaded assets and outputs remain on your device unless you share or export them.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
