By using Image Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. Image Studio is provided by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. and runs on the Rush platform.

Service Description

Image Studio is an AI-powered visual creation agent that generates headshots, thumbnails, covers, and social banners using your uploaded photos and brand assets. The service requires macOS and the Rush application.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Only upload assets you have rights to use
• Ensure AI-generated images are appropriate for your audience and context
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated portraits as photos of other individuals

Acceptable Use

You may not use Image Studio to:

• Generate deceptive or defamatory imagery
• Violate privacy rights or impersonate individuals
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service

Intellectual Property

Image Studio, Rush, and related trademarks are owned by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. Visual output you generate is yours to use, subject to these terms and any applicable licenses for assets you upload.

IMAGE STUDIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALWAYS REVIEW AI-GENERATED IMAGES FOR APPROPRIATENESS AND RIGHTS BEFORE USE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHOENIX HORIZON, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF IMAGE STUDIO OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED IMAGES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
